As we informed you in the welcome letter this is a private owned apartment and both we and the owners want to keep the apartment in the best possibly condition. We ask you to consider this and be careful with everything that belongs to the apartment. If something would disappear or break during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There are at least two sets of bedlinen and towels per bed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The owner have a contract with a laundry service, that picks up and deliver laundry to the apartment. All the laundry that belongs to the apartment must be given to this service provider. The cleaners take care of this in connection with the weekly cleaning. Of course you are also allowed to send your private laundry for an extra cost in this convenient way, there are a bag intended for this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Weekly cleening is included. Please contact us if you want the apartment cleaned more often for an extra fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Keep both inside and outside of the apartment free from food scraps, otherwise insects and other animal will quickly be attracted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Garbage should be thrown in the cabins behind the office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
No toilet paper in the toilet, since it easily get stuck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Please turn off the AC when you leave the apartment since it uses a lot of electricity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Electricity and water are not included in the rent. We will check the meter and the cost will be deducted from the deposit you already paid. (except guests from Airbnb who pay in cash when checking out).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You are not allowed to smoke inside the apartment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Please avoid making loud noice after 11 pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
